STUDENT WELFARE & GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE

The Student Welfare & Grievance Committee is formed to safeguard the rights and well-being of students by promoting a supportive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. The committee addresses student concerns, resolves grievances in a timely and just manner, and recommends policies that enhance student life and holistic development.

FUNCTIONS:

• Identifies the problems of the students.
• Help the student to adjust to group living, to the educational programme, to the professional responsibilities.
• Conducts individual conferences with the students at regular intervals.
• Periodical evaluation of the student’s progress in relation to educational programme and any adjustment concerned to study methods behavior.
• Guidance on students future career, study of her reactions to their clinical experience in hospital/community.
• To provide adequate transportation to the students.
